The Junior League of Lubbock Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) organization created to support the Junior League of Lubbock and it's work in the community. The Headquarters Endowment ensures the perpetual support and maintenance of its headquarters building and surrounding property, which is used for the League's meetings as well as a rentable venue for area nonprofits and individuals who need affordable and well-equipped meeting and event space.
Kids in the Kitchen, developed in 2006, focuses on educating children about developing healthy eating and exercise habits.
Empowering women begins early, and SPARK aims to show eighth-grade girls their potential. Volunteers serve as mentors and conduct monthly education days that explore education and leadership concepts. Volunteers also have monthly lunches with girls at their schools.
